Hi @cotez44650180 do you get this error each time you try to use GenAI, have you you restarted Ps beta and tried again on the same file? Please share your workflow, the steps you were doing along with prompts and screenshots when this happened so we can try to reproduce.

Hello Cory,
I try so much times with differents files and images, and I every time restarted Ps Beta and try again but every time open the same message. I share with you my workflow (add screenshot too):
Step 1. Open de image
Step 2. Add more space with trimming tool
Step 3. With the Rectangular Frame tool, I select the space where I want to generate content.
Step 4. Then I press generative fill and press generate. There are times when I tell it that I want it to generate but it doesn't work either.
Step 5. I wait for the computer to process the order.
Step 6. The message apears 😞 No results.
Please help 😞

Thank you @cotez44650180 we don't see your subsription on file, what type of Adobe subscription do you have? Maybe you had a trial and it has ended, or you have multiple Adobe IDs and you are logged in with an inactive one?

I used Adobe for business.
I have an acount with my mail but my company is the owner of the account.
Its any option why I cant use GenAI?

@cotez44650180 Yes, this is very possible. Your IT Admin has the ability to block beta apps or updates. Please have them review this page and ask them to allow it if you are able.

Hi Cory!
Maybe thats be an option for why I cant used GenAI. Because one of my coleages thats used the same IT Admin cant used the GenAI too. I will ask and I will let you know.
