Hello,
I am using an Adobe account provided by my school, and I was previously able to use Firefly-powered features without any issues. However, a few days ago, I started receiving the following message when trying to access these features:
"To access Firefly-powered features within Adobe apps, you must have genuine Adobe apps."
I have already tried reinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud, but the issue persists. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Hi @.334381236z2l it is possible your IT Admin has blocked the beta app. Please reach out to them and make sure nothing has changed for you and your access.
Thanks,
Cory - Photoshop Product Manager
