The eyedropper tool is scrolling the document if held down and moved out of the document window.
To replicate
Create a document and zoom in so the edges are off screen
Select the eyedropper tool
Click in the document and drag the tool (without releasing) out of the document window e.g. to sample from another document

Result : The first document scrolls as soon as the eyedropper leaves the document window
Expected result : The document to remain fixed

Pour moi, c'est très bien que le document scroll, c'est pratique à mon avis.

For me, it is although the document scroll, it is practical in my view.

I'm seeing the same behavior on all prior versions of Photoshop. I tested back to CS6. I don't think this is a new issue with 21.0.2

Hi Jeffrey ,
I agree it is not new, I should have made that clear.
However it is a nuisance when picking up colours from other documents. Every time I use the eyedropper (including using Alt with a brush) and move into another window I have to come back and reset the scroll position in my main document. That includes if I click in the non-canvas area of my main document window first.

This is still an issue, especially because Overscroll On is now a requirement for Rotate Canvas to work properly, meaning you get an infinite scroll every time you try to sample a color from another window.
