I have done this several times and STILL, Photoshop opens for less than a second, and immediately closes. Some in this thread have already pointed out that the issue seems to be with the application itself so this seems like a fruitless fix.

mine is crashing too. Soon as I open it, not even a second later it crashes. It's now July 7... any updates ?

Tried all of those steps, Photoshop still closing immediately after opening. I signed out of creative cloud and adobe capture. I have a 7th gen iPad with iOS 18.5.

Followed all the steps and Photoshop still does not open in my iPad Pro.  Currently available and installed: iPadOS 17.7.8

Hi everyone!

Thanks to all who shared the requested information. It is helping the team investigate the issue.

As of 7 July -
• If your iPad is on iOS 17, update to iOS 18.
• If you’re already on iOS 18 (or can’t update), try these steps
  • Log out of all Adobe apps.
  • Restart your iPad
  • Try signing in to Photoshop iPad.
Please share how it goes, and we’ll follow up with an update.

Best,

Sure it's a bug... it's a bug Adobe has been aware of over a week now going on two. The problem is when they compiled their new release on 6/3/25  code with ARM64 instructions which aren't supported by older iPad models using A10 processors. They did that without considering just how many people were still using A10 processor iPads. Tell me they didn't know this before releasing that update... no really tell me. Here's what I think will happen, A. Adobe will continue to ignore those paying subscribers of us out here, who have been begging for a fix to this problem, hoping we'll just go away or we'll break down and buy products that work with their most recent release.
B. Adobe will claim now that they've discovered why the new release isn't working and due to XYZ excuses there's nothing they can do therefore they'll have to change the minimum standards for which their software will work, adding less than believable apologies for the inconvenience, blah, blah, blah.

In the end I no longer believe Adobe will ever do anything to fix this for those using A10 processor iPads. I've given Adobe every chance when I've set up technical support phone appointments and they have not called either time for two separate appointments. I've spent countless hours on the phone with customer service only to have about 6 calls mysteriously disconnected when waiting for a reply or something they went to check on. Adobe is not the company I began using products of 25 years ago and that's a real shame.

This was an answer to Anshul-Saini since he keeps asking everybody for all that data and that's not gonna help
