Have just updated to Photoshop 2024 and my save to web panel is now not displaying correctly - see screengrab. How can I adjust it to have the full image fill the four windows? cheers, Bob

Hi all,
We are happy to announce the release of Photoshop version 25.1, which incorporates the resolution for this particular problem. To see the list of all fixed issues, click here
Having a similar problem after updating to PS25, the preview just comes up dark grey... How do I go about filling in a bug report? I googled it, but the page I'm taken to doesn't actually have a form or link to a form on it?
After updating my mac I have been experiencing this isse of blank space in the export window. I have tried all the usual ways of fixing this issue. This is the most controlled way to edit GIFs I use this daily for work purposes, please look into fixing this.
Did you try Stephen's suggestion above regarding the Graphics Processor? If you haven't, go to Preferences>Performance and uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" and restart Photoshop. If it doesn't change it, you can always follow the same steps and turn it back on.
Also experiencing this issue in macOS Sonoma - basically the only bug I've seen so far in any app. Happened in PS 2023 and I just upgraded to PS 2024 - same thing. This breaks my workflow; really need the Save for Web panel working for web development purposes.
I'm having this same issue - the preview is completely blank unless I use the 4-up window (where only a very small portion of my image is visible). I noticed this problem after I updated my laptop (MacBook Air) to Sonoma.
This issue is caused by macOS Sonoma 14.0, so please wait for a macOS update. I cannot go into further detail as any further comments may violate Apple's confidentiality.
Regarding the elephant in the room... I think that it is important for Adobe to know and understand, WHY users "persist" in using the outdated code in Save for Web, when the new Export As feature exists. :]
I'm having the same issues with save for web in Ps ever since i upgraded to sonoma 14.0 but much worse! I can't see the previews and it doesn't allow me to change the settings per slice.
When I click "Save for Web" it only show a portion of my canvas and the color table shows up blank. I reinstalled it and even updated Photoshop and I am still have this issue.
