Have just updated to Photoshop 2024 and my save to web panel is now not displaying correctly - see screengrab. How can I adjust it to have the full image fill the four windows? cheers, Bob

Hi all,
We are happy to announce the release of Photoshop version 25.1, which incorporates the resolution for this particular problem. To see the list of all fixed issues, click here
Yes, but it won't fix the problem, it'll just make Photoshop faster. The only "fix" is using the export dialogue which isn't as featured, and waiting for Adobe to have a fix or to pass the buck to Apple for a fix.
Given that this seems to only affect Save For Web, this is apparently Sonoma tripping over the very old SFW code.
So now we can only hope that "Legacy" doesn't mean completely abandoned. As @Stephen Marsh implied above, there's a very good reason people still use Save For Web: Export is unfinished. Finish the job, and we can say goodbye to SFW. Until then, I think they have a responsibility to keep it fully functional.
Datapoint possibly worth noting: I have the Save for Web bug on macOS Sonoma on my M1 MacBook Air, but not on my M2 Pro Mac Mini. Both running the latest stable OS update + Photoshop 2024.
On the M1 with the issue, I also noticed rectangular selection dancing ants were not showing up at one point.
Same, glad I am not alone. So why with something as important as exporting content is adobe relying on a legacy export. That "legacy" export has been there many many years now. So confusing how this is not a top priority.
Hi! I have a problem in Photoshop. When I try to Export-->Save for Web, the image in the preview does not display correctly. It appears cut off and most of it appears white. (Black in the image I attached.) How can this be resolved? Using: Adobe Photoshop 2024 (25.0.0) on macOS Sonoma.
Also having this issue on both my work desktop (Mac Studio with M1 Max) and my home laptop (Macbook Pro with M1 Pro). Both are running the latest version of Photoshop (25) and MacOS (14 Sonoma)
Same problem with the preview over here after Update to MacOS Sonoma, too. Resetting Preferences or/and a reinstallation didn't work. Hopefully there will be a bug fix by Adobe soon.
I'm experiencing a similar issue since the Sonoma 14.0 update and I've tried multiple solutions to no avail. It's frustrating to encounter errors like this, especially when we're paying a premium for the service. While I understand that some mistakes can occur, this seems like a major issue. For reference, I'm using a Mac Studio M1 MAX.
I'm sorry, but thousands of customers use a Mac. It would be helpful if you could send an email in advance reminding people not to update their Mac to Sonoam 14.0. Or use the Creative Cloud app to give a notification. Now my Mac is worthless and can't do my daily work anymore. And this cost me (a lot of) money... sorry that I'm a bit frustrated.
@mickel36 while I understand your frustration - users have some personal responsibility when it comes to upgrading your OS. Its a choice - not a forced action.
This is a common issue with any major OS release (Windows or in this case Mac) not all software works 100% right out of the gate and requires updates. I'm certain Adobe is very much aware as @ Sameer K noted in the pinned post and will address in an upcoming update.
Stating that your Mac is worthless is a bit dramatic.
If this is completely ruining your work - there are various posts how you can downgrade to Ventura to resolve for now.
This issue started when I installed Mac OS 14 (Sonoma). As you can see by the screenshot, all images previewed in Save for Web (Legacy) display only the upper-left quarter of the full image; the rest is lost.
