2. i9-9900/64Gb/SSD m.2/RTX2070Super (2x monitors 2k)

On 1 computer all work normally.
On 2 computer all neural filters don't work.

Version 22.2.0 on Windows 64 - Neural Filters do NOT download. Tried every suggestion on the net, especially in this thread, nothing works.

(a) Gets to about 95 - 99% and then goes back to the Download button

(b) Starts downloading, keeps dropping out after a few %

How about fixing this?

And while you're at it, fix this problem that you have been ignoring for at least 10 YEARS:

@JeffreyTranberry This solution works for me, but when I return after the computer has been turned off, I have to do the same thing again! Running Photoshop 22.1.1

I have tried all the suggestions here to fix the Neural Filters Download problem. Anymore thoughts on this? Any time I try to download the filters, the SAME Download Icon is always still there. I can see the Size, and it "appears" to download... but never anymore added files to my "PluginData" folder. Only the original 37 files - 4 Folders.

I am running newest version of PS - 22.1.1, with a RTX2080 Super, on a ThreadRipper 2950X, 128 GB RAM. Windows Pro - Build 19042, NVidia 460.89

AMD ThreadRipper 2950x - AIO, Corsair 128GB RAM, eVGA RTX 2080 Ti
Two Fast M.2 2TB drives for OS and Adobe Cache, RAID for storage 8TB
Canon 5D MKII, Epson 4990 Scanner, SureColor P400 Printer>Windows Pro 11
The issue where renaming the PluginData folder was required should be fixed in 22.1 or later.
