Latest update is causing brush to randomly lose pressure sensitivity for a few strokes at a time (especially/but not limited to: after zooming in or out). Have not had this issue prior to latest update. Any solutions?
Is this issue with losing pressure on Mac still an issue with the most current update (22.2)?
If it is, can you post a video (QT Screen Recording or other) of this happening so we can see the exact steps you're taking to make this happen?
When you reply, please also specify what version of the OS you're running (10.14.6, 10.15.7, 11.1, etc), what version of Photoshop (20.0.9, 21.2.3, 22.2 - recommended) and what Wacom drivers you're using (current is 6.3.42-1).
Pen Pressure is not working for me after the latest update... I have 500 licenses, it would be great if this didn't break after every update. Back to CS6 for now 😞
*sudzy can you please post a video screen recording so I can see what you're doing? We can't fix something we can't repro in-house. Also please include the info I requested above. Thanks.
@chad_rolfs kinda hard to post a video because it doesn't happen every time but happens somewhat often and it's even more annoying because it happens exactly at the end of the stroke, so you make a beautiful, perfect stroke and then at the last moment it gets screwed because the pen pressure goes to 100% at the last moment.
@andre_schneider_7299466 That's why it's hard for us to fix. We can't fix a bug we can't reproduce, seeing what is going wrong in the source code.
I have heard this has helped others; If you go to Wacom Settings for your stylus/pen and click on Options, there is a checkbox for Tip-Up Assist. If that is checked, try unchecking it and see if that solves the problem.
