Thanks for letting us know about this! That's interesting you're seeing this error on 25.9.1 but not on current beta. I would love to know the specific build you're running in both cases. Can you launch 25.9.1 and go to Help > System Info and then paste the top line as a comment here? And then launch the beta branch that you're running and do the same?
Thanks for your reply! Can you please go to Help > System Info and then paste the top line as a comment here? Also if you could please email me your machine information:

Thank you so much!!! Hannah Nicollet QE, Photoshop
Thanks for letting us know about this! Good to know a reinstall didn't help. Can you please go to Help > System Info and then paste the top line as a comment here so I know which specific build you're using?
@laurentp90495257You can use the previous version. I've reported this bug too (thread integrated), but I feel like it won't be fixed early, so I'm keeping my old Photoshop 24.0.1.
Unfortunatly the autoupdate change my Photoshop beta in the last version and it didn't work neither like before. Under the same PC (didn't work both versions now):
NORMAL Version Adobe Photoshop : 25.9.1 20240610.r.626 e3aae35 x64
BETA Version Adobe Photoshop : 25.12.0 20240710.m.2694 9df0b92 x64
Under MAC (it's OK) :
only NORMAL : Version Adobe Photoshop : 25.9.1 20240610.r.626 e3aae35 arm64
I send you the machine PC configurationby mail as demanded.
@Sameer KWhen will the improvements or FIX to this be announced? It was said that it will be released soon, and we are continuing to wait without promise.
I get a message every time I try to select an object... "Unable to complete your arc. Select subject. Classified model not loaded correctly". What to do???
I've moved your post to the primary thread in the Photoshop forum. Adobe employee @Sameer K has acknowledged this and will let us know when there is a fix.
The problems I was experiencing were reported before but rather unusual. Not only the 2024 version but the Photoshop subversion I have (2023,2021 and 2020) all affected, and overall Photoshop was very slow as if GPU acceleration wasn't working properly (even in a small size Clone Stamp), and the reinstallation, reset wasn't effective.
And I deleted this folder and the problem was solved. I don't know how on earth this is related to a performance issue like that, but it's been solved. beyond comprehension....
I asked all of my desktop and laptop and colleagues to test this out once in a while. There may be a direct cause for Photoshop, but the creative cloud after some point seems to be the cause.
Even if you don't change the Photoshop version (2023 or earlier), updating the Creative Cloud will cause several bugs, including that one.
And I think the release timing below is a problem (most of my teams were also keeping the creative cloud before that release)
Version 6.2.0.554 was released on May 10, 2024 (required release)
Improved user interface for viewing and managing pending application updates. Easily view and manage credits generated from the account menu. Use application preferences to display or hide recent files from the Home tab. A recent section of the Home tab has been improved. For businesses with access to Creative Cloud Edition 4, the Firefly tab has been released exclusively. In-context purchases have been activated in Creative Cloud for Teams. Enterprise users with Acrobat privileges can now access cloud-based documents via the Files tab. Support for Microsoft Visual C++ 12.0 has been discontinued. Fix bugs and technical improvements.
" Support for Microsoft Visual C++ 12.0 has been discontinued. "
I don't know exactly if this is a problem, but what is certain is that it wasn't just a Photoshop problem.
So the definitive solution I found, if there is no problem at the moment and the creative cloud is not the latest version, never update it. If you've already updated it, you can't avoid this because even if you reinstall Windows OS until an improved release, the latest version will always be installed. (Even if I contacted a Adobe counselor via chat, I couldn't get a specific release from the Creative Cloud separately.)
Wenn man über den Reiter - Auswahl - Auswählen und Maskieren - geht und dann oben bei - Motiv auwählen - den Pfeil auf Cloud (nicht Gerät) anwählt, geht es. Ist aber sehr umständlich!
Hi. I experienced this issue earlier this summer. What fixed my error was updating my graphics drivers. Once those were updated, and my computer restarted, I had no further error messages.
Correcting my image processing preferences to what Trevor.Dennis displayed fixed my problem! Adobe should hire him. The agents that I got on the chat (2 of them) were useless. Thank you Trevor Dennis!
