The Ai side of things on phtoshop seems to be down for most people i am in contact with today 2/4/25. - Im UK baased.

If you're having issues with ps genfill since this morning, here's what worked for me:

Go to creative cloud , my apps, right click on photoshop, see versions and install an older version, 

the version that worked for me was v25.12.1

Rolling back to version 25.0 allows for normal use.

Can confirm this. Woke up to a massive workload and deadlines. Photoshop autoupaded and the tool isnt working. I'll be turning that off...

Generative fill does not work. It worked before. I have been in Russia for a few days, but my paid account was purchased in Latvia. Maybe that was the reason? But I have been in Russia for a month, and everything worked until today.

Hi,

I just tried to expand an image within Photoshop I've created with Firefly online, like several times before. But today it won't work anymore. There's simply no result. Even to add something to the image won't work anymore. So I guess Firefly isn't working within Photoshop today.

I'm the only one with this experience?

generative fill option does not give any output. i tried to block firewall , i connect different wifi i used different pc etc. but it doesnt work. The bar fills ant at the end it waits a lot and says there s a problem thats why we cant do this pls try again later. i also cannot use generative fill in photoshop web version too. but i can create an image in photoshop web. but i also can not use generative fill in that image too. sorry for the bad english.

It seems that Generative Fill and Generative Expand in both Photoshop and Indesign have not been working on any of the devices used by me and my colleagues for the past day or two. We've tried across different setups, but the issue persists (see screenshot below).
