P: Share Button Blinks Continually (23.4.1)

I have an issue with a blinking 'share' button (see attached video) and it's driving me nuts. (imac 27", OS Monterey, Photoshop 23.4.1) My solution at the moment is a piece of paper with tape to cover it, but I'm hopeful there will be a better solution for this bug.

Please help!

Restored with default preferences as suggested.

Didn't work.

Cursor and Share button still blinking.

Reverted back to saved prefs.

Hi, not everyone experiences this, did you try with default preferences?

Try to restore your preferences to the default using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually it lets you keep a copy on the desktop that you can use to revert the process.

There is no workflow scenario. It's constant.
• Photoshop has to be open.

• Then open any file (PSD, jpg, png, tiff)

• Watch cursor and share button alternately blink. (As shown in the video link I posted above.)
