P: Teams/ENT profile not recognized by Photoshop v5.2.2 on iPad (Unexpected Trial)

Hello! Unsure if I'm, in the right place but here goes:

I have an Adobe Subscription though my job that also comes with a personal account. The business account includes Photoshop for desktop and iPad. While trying to log-in to Photoshop on the iPad, the app is automatically defaulting to the 'personal' version of my business account and refusing to prompt a change in profiles. The personal version of the account does not have a subscription so I end up stuck on the ' start a subscription ' page with no other options. Here are the unsuccessful things I have tried (all of them several times):

- Logging out and logging back in

- Logging out of all devices on both sides of the account and back in again

- Deleting the app and reinstalling

- Restarting my iPad

- On both sides of the account disabling automatic profile selection (so in theory it should prompt me, but it still doesn't)

If anyone has suggestions on how to resolve this I'd be incredibly greatful!

Best wishes

Nothing works - I've tried everything. The only solution is to subscribe for a free month on your personal and wait for Adobe to fix - they said they'll refund my account if charged.

I was recently given an enterprise account at my organization now that my personal account subscription had ended.  When I go to login, I can login fine on my computer and through a web browser but when I try to login on my ipad it tries to get me to resubscribe and doesn't even give me an option to switch to the enterprise account.

I have this same issue. I spoke with support 3 times. Third time they said that they may be no solution and to post on this forum. I did make a new post before I found this one.

I have tried the work around in this thread posted by @Shivani Somayajula but it did not work for me. I have also reinstalled, turned auto profile on and off, logged in on private mode browser, and killed all sessions do my divices. None of it works.

All the other ipad apps work just fine. Photoshop on the desktop works just fine. Photoshop on the ipad want me to pay a second time to use it.

If someone has a workaround that actually works for them would you please share it? Did anyone get the posted work around to actually work for them?

Thank you.

Ok. I got it working just now.

I think the final step that made this work for me was reinstalling Acrobat on the iPad. When I tried to log into Acrobat, I got the profile message. After logging into Acrobat, I tried Photoshop again, and it worked!

So, there may be some extraneous steps in this process. I no longer have the issue and I am not going to try to recreate the problem even if I could. Here are the steps that eventually worked for me.

1. Uninstall all Adobe products from the iPad.
2. Log into your Adobe account, and on this page: https://account.adobe.com/security, disable “Select my profile automatically.”
3. At the bottom of the same page, end all sessions.
4. Reinstall Photoshop.
5. Restart iPad.
6. In a private tab on your iPad, try logging into your Adobe account and choose your business profile. I would note that this did not work for me. I think this step may be extraneous, but I am not repeating the process to test.
7. Here, I tried logging into Photoshop. It did not work, but I am recording this just in case. I think I logged out again.
8. Install Acrobat. (I also installed Acrobat Scan, but I doubt this was needed.)
9. Log into Acrobat. This gives the profile choice screen. Choose your business profile.
10. Now, log into Photoshop, and it worked for me.

I hope this is helpful for someone.

It's the same for me. Adobe made a personal profile and is not letting me switch between it and the enterprise one.

Hi, I recently renewed my adobe license and everything works perfectly except for Photoshop on my Ipad. I have access to Illustrator but Photoshop keeps telling me that I need to buy a license. A license I already have and that works perfectly on my laptop...

Hello all,

I recently purchased a plan using a company account. Because of this I automatically have two "profiles."

My plan is linked to one of these profiles, for example, when I log into illustrator it allows me to click the correct profile and let's me use the app.

However, when I try to log into Photoshop on my iPad it doesn't seem to recognise my plan and immediately redirects me to the "billing/1-month free trial" page.

I would like to access the correct profile in Photoshop so I can use the app on my iPad, it should be part of my plan when I check my software.

I already updated my iPad and redownloaded the app.

Thank you!
