P: Transform redraw issue with scrubby zoom

Photoshop 21.1.1 - Transforming a layer and scrubby-zooming in before applying results in the seeing the pre-transformed layer.
Steps to repro:
- activate a layer transform using cmd/ctrl-5
- scale the layer up or down
- with transform still active, zoom in using scrubby zoom

results: The layer render jumps back to the pre-transformed view and doesn't redraw until scrubby is released.

This is with Win10 + Nvidia.

@Mark.Dahm @J453  more than 4 years later, this bug is still around. Tested with v25.7, MBP M1, OS 14.4.1

We're investigating. The GPU draw commands come intermittently from our controls (like transform and crop), so it looks like it could be a problem up the stack from the GPU into the tool code. Looking into it.

Thank you, @J453 I've been trying to get this fixed for years now, as well as the jumping crop scrubby issue that's been around for just as long.

Thanks for the video. Looks like this might have been closed erroneously on the engineering side. I've reopened the issue.

@J453 This is still bugged and has been for at least 5 years.

Repro:

- select layer and cmd-t

- transform in some way (don't commit)

- cmd-spc to activate scrubby

- zoom in

result: layer totally disappears until mouse release, then after release the image will first render the pre-transformed state before redrawing the transform. If you then add another transform (without committing the first) Ps will often redraw both transforms before rendering the intended transform.

Thanks - I found it. Check Help > System Info... It should give the correct version. I think there's an issue with CCD displaying the wrong number on Win.

Cheers, Jeff. It's PS-44776.
btw, i'm seeing a possible issue with the updater installing 21.1.0 instead of 21.1.1...?

Thanks Earth. Asked engineering to take a look.
