Zooming in and out in full screen mode gone a bit mad, see attached video, does the same thing with either ctrl - and + or the mouse scroll wheel, Photoshop version 23.5 on Windows 10

Could not get it to duplicate, but the redraw issue happened yesterday working on a new year logo, used some 3D features, and had a photo of a leather background I took, the redraw is very noticeable when zooming in and out, I will proved a video, but first I need to save my files to the SSD internally, my workflow has been saving to an external HDD, I will be running few tests to verify the issue.

Hi, @Yasir777 could you post a video capture of the problem, with steps to replicate it? Start the video by showing the about screen.

It is still not fixed, I am running M1 Mac, and after setting my display resolution or scaling, the issue coninues.

I think its a redraw issue, you see one part of the image at the bottom, while its top half is redrawing.

These black squares are very annoying. Photoshop of the latest version (specially updated because I thought it would help) as well as gpu drivers, I restarted the computer several times, reinstalled Photoshop, changed the color profile and resolution, removed the graphics tablet drivers, disabled the antivirus and nothing helped... I don't have any plugins.
