I'm having the same problem.  Especially when trying to use retouch4me.  This only began recently

@Berit30797256yjzk  have you tried replacing your prefs to see if this issue persists?  Also, NVidia released a new driver today and it might be good to try it and see if this issue goes away.

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
