Fixed: Brushes missing on iPad

I opened Photoshop on-my iPad Pro today and when I tried to change my brush or eraser shape it said that there were no brushes available other than the ones I had selected. This is really weird because I hadnot uploadedany brushesto Photoshop, so it should let me use the preset default brushes but it wouldn't show them for some reason. I have attached some screenshots so that you can see what I'm talking about. This has never happened to me before and it seemed like it just came out of the blue as I haven't changed any settings recently.

Hi Krystallelex and others who aren't seeing any brushes,

Sorry about the scare with this behavior. It seems that an uninstall and reinstall will return the default brushes.

For help with this, see Known Issues.

Regards,

Pete

Sorry for the confusion sojeong. Are you part of any Adobe prerelease? Ps for iPad or Photoshop desktop? Have you used brushes in your Libraries?

1. I have an account given in my college.
2. It's photoshop on ipad.

3. There have been some basic brushes such as animator pencil etc. I'm sorry that I don't clearly understand what 'library' means.

When i first got my ipad and installed photoshop, it was fine - plenty of brushes available. Now for days, when I press brushes, only one is available, and it reads "No brushes available. brush sync may be in progress." Any clue for a solution?

I use photoshop on an iPad. Suddenly the brush options have vanished. There's a note: "brush synchronisation probably has started" - I use the german version therefore I don't know the exact english expression. In german: pinsel nicht verfügbar - pinselsynchronisation möglicherweise gestartet.
Can anyone help?

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Please try re-installing Photoshop on your iPad to check if that helps.
