Hey, @sabareshwaran_3702. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've moved your post to the Discussions. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.
Did Photoshop close normally the last time it worked?
If you're on Windows, check if the issue matches what is being investigated here: https://adobe.ly/47ABb6H
Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hi @Sameer K, Thanks for the quick response
Photoshop closed normally when I closed it last time. I then tried uninstalling and clearing all the data, and reinstalled it.
It opened once, and i closed it again tried to open but it's not opening.
After this, I tried updating the MSI system and again cleared the data, this time installed Photoshop beta, but still the same thing happened.
RAM - 16 + 8 and morethan 70 GB of hardisk storage is available right now
I'll attch the screenshots below for your reference.

Which version of Photoshop and OS?
How much RAM and spare hard-disc capacity do you have?
Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Settings then closing and reopening the application.

You can reset the Photoshop prefereences manually:
To reset the Photoshop preferences back to the factory defaults:
Launch Photoshop and quickly hold down the following keys:
Windows: Shift+Ctrl+Alt
Mac OS: Shift+Control+Option+Command
When prompted to delete the Preferences, click Yes
(If you don't see the question repeat the exercise.)
if that doesn't resolve the issue try unistalling Photoshop and reinstalling it.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, come back and we can discuss the Cleaner tool.

Did you try trashing the Preferences?
