Hello! I have a large psd file (1.6 GB) with multiple artboards, and I'm running into an issue when painting. When using the brush tool, large blocks of pixels will go white in the area where I'm painting.
Undoing sometimes makes the missing pixels reappear, and redoing causes the stroke to appear without the white blocks. Also, going back over the area with the brush tool reshapes the pixelated chunks, and zooming in or out can make the missing pixels reappear.
I tried the "Reset Preferences on Quit" function in preferences and that seemed to help for a while, but the problem reappeared.
Photoshop is taking up a lot of my computers memory (I'm at 80% memory).

Hi @defaultjb0ni08exozt This is a GPU issue. Assuming youve updated your drivers recently...
Go to Photoshop/Preferences Technologu Preview and check "Disable Native Canvas" then check "Older GPU Mode (2016)" relaunch PS and see if that resolves.
If not, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste the details here.
