I don't understand. I have an issue with Photoshop. The experts in the Adobe community suggested I report it as a bug. The post was returned to the discussion board, indicating it was not a bug. If the experts cannot explain such Photoshop behavior, there are no answers in Adobe "Learn and Support" regarding this issue andI cannot do my job because of this issue. What adobe is charging me for?
Perhaps no one understands what is happening to you.Possibly a problem with the translation.Try replacing the word "included" with "turned on" in the description.
Having an issue does NOT mean there is a bug in the program. If it is working as designed, then there is nothing to fix. You could have this changed to a feature request if that's the case.
You can use the Report link at the foot of your post to request a moderator to change the label from Discussion to Bug. I did do this, however, it either wasn't actioned or was deemed as not inappropriate, perhaps because I am not the author or the moderator didn't think this was a bug.
