P: Photoshop 24.3 Strobes in Black and White when Opening files

when attempting to open a photo in Photoshop on my HP Laptop, details below, the photo appears in the layers tab bottom right, but not in the workspace /desktop: It is a constant Black / White strobe. The desktop /workspace flashes Black and white

When I transfer an image from Lightroom to Photoshop, the Photoshop screen flashes in black and white and I have no option to do anything except close the software. Can someone tell me how to contact Adobe, thanks.

Try to enable the Older GPU Mode option in "Preferences" > "Technology Previews" > "Use Older GPU Mode (pre 2016)".

Then goto "Preferences" > "Technology Previews" and enable "Disable Native Canvas".

Restart Photoshop.

Hi, I've been experiencing a monitor flickering issue lately while scrolling the cursor on any of the tools on the side bar,

never happened before.

I'm using an NVIDIA GSX 1650, last version downloaded only a couple of days ago thinking it would have fixed the issue, no luck though...

No issues with LR.

I installed the Beta version to test the new advanced features. All appearsto be ok until an image file is opened and he main work frame for the image file flashes rapidly between black and white sceen and never displayes the image. hheh image files are RAW from a Z6 Nikon camera. Trying JPG files produce the same results..  My computer in an MSI that works well with the release verion of Photoshop  and Lightroom normally

Dobrý den,

poslední dvě aktalizace PS mi sice fotografii načtou, ale místo fotografie začne monitor černobíle blikat. Přestane až po vypnutí možnosti používat grafický procesor, což práci zpomalí. Mohu poprosit o radu. 

System windows 10, Nivida K 2100 m.

Starší verze fungují bez problému.

Hi, When i open the document in Adobe photoshop  (lastest version 24.4.1) whole screen is blinking like one fps black and white, tried reinstalling but did'nt fixed. Older verison is  running completely fine new update came with glitches. Have a look to attached screen recording for visual. Please Help!
