Photos Not Loading Correctly

Issue: Photos are not loading correctly in Photoshop.
(i.e. Photoshop does X when using a tool or plugin)

Photoshop version: Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.2.0 20230218.r.315 28c9f72 x64
OS and version: macOS 13.2.1 - 2017 MacBook Pro, 2,9 GHz Intel I7, Radeon Pro 560 4 GB

1. Open Photoshop.
2. Drag and drop the photo.
3. The photo is loaded incorrectly. But it looks correct in the navigation area. (Two screenshots are below)

To Fix:

1. Select eraser.
2. Randomly erase the wrong areas.

Expected result: Photoshop should load photos correctly
Actual result: Photos are not loading correctly. But it looks correct in the navigation area.

It's not the first time I've encountered this error. It has been recurring continuously for several months. I have added the photos that I used today and encountered with the error to the report.

Hi @Kubilay0D4C sorry to hear this.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere: 

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Hi @Kubilay0D4C go to Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check "Disable Native Canvas".

Did this resolve the screen redraw issue?

@CShubert; I tried your suggestion but it didn't work. Then I reinstalled photoshop. At first, I thought the problem was fixed because the photos that weren't loading correctly before were fixed. But today I faced the same problem again and come here. I saw @Kevin Stohlmeyer 's suggestion today and tried it. When I disabled Native Canvas and opened the same .psd file again, the problem was fixed. Thanks.
