Photoshop Gradient picker needs more choices

I do not have a Basic Folder in the Gradient Tool Picker.  I only have a choice of 6 presets. How do I get a full complement of presets?

You need to go through the Gradient panel, not the option bar. The various panels function as a replacement for the old Preset Manager. I described how to do this in this thread. Just look int the panel menu, as PECourtejoie said.

      Hello, Leslie, the default gradients are now stored in groups, to show you it is possible to group your favorites ones.

      They now live in the Gradients panel.

      You can retrieve the old ones by going to the Gradients panel (NOT IN THE OPTION BAR) and selecting its local (burger) menu and selecting "legacy gradients"
