None of these are fixing the problem

@Grifter_242 can you share your system info? Go to PS Help menu/System Info and copy/paste the results in a reply.

@Mateusz239101924yoe is your GPU driver up to date, do you use the Studio or Game Ready version, Adobe recommends using the Studio version

https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/204243/en-us/

https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

Try reinstalling the driver from the above link, select the Custom install > Advanced option and perform a clean install

@Kevin Stohlmeyer I set RAM usage to 75%, installed the newest AMD drivers, after restarting laptop it appears to work much faster and smoother, but still got this crash

GPU Mode it's on:

When I turn the visibility off and on of the layer, the glitch disappears

Did you read into disabling one of the two GPUs to see if that resolved?

Also try going to Preferences/Technology Preview and checking "Deactivate Native Canvas" instead of Older GPU. Relaunch PS.

@Ged_Traynor I turned it on, but now on small project 900x900 72ppi it works so bad. Lagging so much.

although I am using R7 5800h and RTX 3060, so my laptop it's not that old, still should work?

@Mateusz239101924yoe try enabling this option in the preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps
