Probleme Remplissage génératif sur Photoshop

Bonjour,

 

Dans Photoshop 25.1, le remplissage génératif me renvoie souvent (mais pas toujours) le message suivant : "Le service ne répond pas. Veuillez vérifier votre connexion internet et réessayer". Ma connection internet fonctionne normalement.
Une idée ?

Bonjour ! Je ne'ai pas trouvé de solution mais je crois que le soucis vient de chez Adobe car cela fonctionne de temps en temps puis ça s'arrête à nouveau de façon aléatoire...

J'ai tout de suite regardé la vidéo, mais le problème vient du fait que je n'ai pas la commande dans les pare-feux "Adobe Unlicensed Pop-Up". Si quelqu'un a une solution, je ne peux plus utiliser l'IA depuis plusieurs semaines maintenant cela devient urgent. Merci.

@julian_0687 can you share a screen shot of the specific error message?

If the error is internet related, check your firewall, Windows Defender and router settings.

If you're using a VPN, disable and try again.

As suspected that is your firewall blocking access. Check Windows Defender and your Firewall to make sure Adobe, Firefly and Photoshop are allowed access. If you are unsure how to do this - check the videos posted above.

@Kevin Stohlmeyer  J'ai déjé regardé la video plusieurs fois, le problème c'est que je n'ai pas la ligne dans les pare-feu Adobe Unlicensed Pop-Up..... c'est la que ca bloc afin que je puisse réutiliser IA generattive c'est donc peut être un autre problème ?

@julian_0687 unless you are using an Enterprise or Educational managed license, it would be your firewall causing that error message. If you are Ent or Edu - you would have to talk to your IT manager to allow access.

Try turning off Windows Defender/Firewall then restart your computer and try again.
