Problems with the brush tip displayed

Greetings,
lately, and I don't know how it happened, the space of the brush cursor is always larger than the stroke it creates (as seen in the photo)
I've tried all the settings and nothing changes.
Do you know how I can resolve this problem?
I also tried installing older versions but the problem is the same.

PS my colleague also encountered this problem with the new one
