PS CS6

I just purchased a new computer and it doesnt have a CD disc for me to download my copy of CS6 which I also have a key for, so I copied the entire PS CS6 file from the adobe folder off my old computer, and when I added it to the new computer it will not open. Can I get some help please.

1)Perhaps the most current download link for CS6.that will work and open

I tried the link for my key here at adobe site, but that link is broken and does not work 

2)Another option  I was considering is to buy an external  CD Disc player, will I run into the same issue once its downloaded onto my computer of not opening?

I was able to download it using Firefox, you need to allow the download

I had to click on the > and then select

For Microsoft Edge do the following

In case your worried about the download I ran a virus scan with kaspersky and Virus Total and both reported no issues

A question when I installed LR to new computer it automatically created a (empty) LR catalog in C drive pictures. When I move the original catalog from old computer to the new computer do I install it in C drive pictures, and remove the one that was automatically created there when I installed LR on new computer.

I keep all my images on an external drive, so I guess I link my external drive and then hit find parent image folder to have access to my images.

I installed CS6 on my new PC two months ago and it was activated.  No problems.  I did have to deactivate it on my old PC
