Quickly convert a photo to black and white using Photoshop on the iPad

One quick, non-destructive method for easily converting a color photo to black and white in Photoshop is to use a Black and White Adjustment Layer. Choose Add clipped adjustment from the more menu (…) and choose Black and white. You can customize the look by moving the sliders to adjusting tones for each color to create a variety of looks.
