Unable to export artboards to files

Until a couple weeks ago, I was able to export my artboard PSD files into JPG files. Now however it won't let me do that! It used to have something in the error pop up but sadly I can't remember what it says, as now the error pop up is blank. After that the program just crashes and shuts down.

I've tried installing an older version of Photoshop as well as restarting my computer etc. It's really frustrating as now I have to individually crop these big JPG/PNG files instead of being able to just one shot save them all, which is taking up time at work.

I'm currently running on Windows 10 and my processor is an i7 8th gen, so it really shouldn't be a memory issue either.

Hi, I'm having the same issue, and get an error message - see screenshot. I checked the GPU compatibility and that's fine. I also updated Photoshop to the latest version, but no change. One workaround I found, was to select the artboards and then right click and seslect the 'Export As...' function. This exported the multiple artboards fine.

Thank you so much - this fixed it! I didn't realise my graphics card, and Intel drivers were not automatically updating with every Windows update... 🙂

Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.
