Please can we have  colour swatches in PS mobile

you cannot have color swatches..

if you mean photoshop for ipad

there is a color panel and you cannot add colors to panel.

oh sorry i should edit my reply  i got confused between Photoshop for ipad and adobe fresco...

I'm sure it will be added soon.  The Photoshop team is always adding features to the iPad version.
