Enable Spot Healing Brush in 32 bit documents

Photoshop is an incredibly helpful compositing tool, both on its own and in conjunction with After Effects. One of my most commmonly used tools in Photoshop, the Spot Healing Brush, does not work in 32 bit documents. This is really unfortunate, as this means its much harder to retouch EXR plates and other VFX elements that are quite common in ACES and other high end workflows.

I'd love to have this tool available in Photoshop for 32 bit documents, and it would be legitimately game changing. The speed with which I can do object removal on other documents using it is exactly what I'm after, and I'm curious as to why its disabled in 32 bit documents.
