Generative fill bar gets in the way

I love generative fill!  It's an amazing feature. One improvement would to be to keep the bar stationary.  Everytime I use it to remove hair, the bar jumps right up to the hair so I have to move it everytime I want to see the results.  It's minor, but an extra move I have to do with every use of it.
