Pin the contextual task bar

For each new Photoshop session I have to move the contextual task bar away from the image (I want a clear view of the artwork).
I know I can pin the task bar to wherever I want, but it would be great if I can pin it once and for all, at my favorite spot (I just drag it to the menubar somewhere).
Could you create a preference\setting\checkmark to have it stay there permanently, and not just for the current session.
Thanks in advance.

Agree. Pinning the bar should lock it into position. Please consider this for an update.
