Account does not show purchase

I purchased ) after a lengthy problem with my account, Elements 2026. When I check it shows up as "Paid" but it does not show up in my account in the listing of software. I am a long time Elements & Premiere user but the 2025 version is the last to show up.

log out of your account, and back in- that's what I did to get mine to show.

Have you tried to install if you have already redeemed your purchase. Try this link:

https://www.adobe.com/products/elements-family/electronic-software-download.html

Make sure you are signed-in to you Adobe account. The ESD is a light-weight installer which will download quickly. Opening the download will start the installation.
