Adobe Elements 2025 Memory setting missing

When using Adobe Premier elements 2025 There doesn't appear to be a setting for memory and the application isn't taking enough of the available memory I have recently been using the same PC for Premier Pro 2025 with no issues.

It's under project settings:  (it's not like the scratch disc / memory settings in Photoshop elements)

Sorry that's not correct there are no memory allocation settings there, I'm looking for the RAM memory allocation setting.
