Can't drag and drop from Elements to snapped mPix upload screen

I'm using PSE 2022. When I upload to PSE, I save my files in date structure to an external network drive. I then go in and create albums. I've created albums in the Organizer and order prints from these albums through Mpix (a photo lab). I use Windows 11 and have Mpix snapped on one side of my screen and PSE snapped on the other (see attached).

Mpix has a photo drop and drag upload option and it would be nice to be able to drag the photo images (which are attached to actual files) from the album in the Organizer, however, I'm not able to get this to work unless I click on the image (one at a time), then click on it's location (which opens File Explorer) and drag it over (through a drag and drop app) over to the Mpix upload. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can do this? It would really help my workflow.

Just to note, I am able to drag and drop from File Explorer, so it's not a Window drag/drop issue.

Update: I just downloaded Firefox to see if it was an issue with my web browser and indeed, that is the case. Drag and Drop between Adobe and Mpix works!

You should also be able to drag and drop directly from the Organizer window to any other drag and drop enabled program.  I have found that the process is sometimes a little slow.  Once you have selected the files you want to transfer, make sure you click on the thumbnail and hold it for a second or two.  The cursor should change to a plus sign and you should then be able to drag the file(s).

I did as you mentioned and held onto the files longer, but I am still getting the same result. I attached a couple of pictures of what it looks like on my end. When I select the thumbnail I get a red circle with a line through it, but when I drag those thumbnails over to an album, the cursor changes to a plus sign and I'm able to drop the thumbnails into the album. However, when I try to drag these same thumbnails over to the Mpix upload area and drop them, nothing populates. I did reach out to Mpix and over the last week we've tried different steps and everything is working on their end. Their tech support believes it is something on Adobe's end. Are there any admin priveledges or settings I need to change?

The only possibility I can think of is that you are including a raw file in your selection and mPix does not accept raw files?

If the problem happens with a single jpeg file, then there must be some incompatibility between the two applications.

To test whether the Organizer's drag and drop is working properly, try dragging a jpeg to a reply box on this forum.  As long as the jpeg is not too big, it should work.

I tested your theory and I am able to drag/drop a thumbnail into the reply box on this forum (using Microsoft Edge; Chrome doesn't work). Disappointing that it's not likely compatible between Adobe and Mpix, but thank you for walking me through it. I appreciate your knowledge and help.
