Edge detection size issue

Dear Team,

When I am using refine edge tool to increase the size of Edge detection by increasing Radius, the size of Detection tool was not increasing up. Need help to fix this Issue. Please go through the attached video which I mention below. The reference link where I am learning mentioned below: -

    If I understand you correctly, the size of the tool brush is in the lower left of the screen, shown in my screenshot:
