Error while trying to save photos

I am receiving this error when I try to save any photos. I can open any raw or jpeg photo. edit them. but when I go to save whether to my external hard drive or usb I get this error. but I just edited photos just a few days ago with no issues

It's a common issue created by the latest Windows 10 (1803) update.
