Hi Loshad,

Thanks for posting in Adobe forums.

I understand you are facing issue in installing Adobe Elements 14 in your machine.

Can we follow the following steps:

- Please click here to download Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 & click here to download Adobe Premiere Elements 14.

- Before downloading please make sure which version you are downloading & for Operating System you are downloading.

- While downloading you can press the combination of key “CTRL + J “to check the download status of the file. You have to double click the .exe file or you can right click the file & RUN as ADMIN.

- It will be downloaded as a trial version & the file has a pack of multiple languages that includes ENGLISH  but when during installation you will mention your adobe id, password & serial number then it will become full version .

- Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager. Install it . After installation please double click its icon on your desktop screen to complete the installation.

Please let us know if it helps for you.

Thanks

Regards

Thank you for your help but I am still having the same problem and the applications manager link that you sent is for windows. I have a mac.

the message that I received is the same, failure to initialize and id says to get adobe support advisor. When I go to that link I once again come up with so much information that doesn't pertain to me. This continues to be extremely frustrating to me that I have paid for software that I cannot use.
