I have found a Youtube video showing how to create a virtual twilight photo using an older version of Photoshop Elements. I see that they are using tools that I have not found in the 2024 version.

Correct answer Greg_S.

The YouTube video is using Photoshop CC, not Photoshop Elements.  So, some of the more sophisticated tools are not available.  And some of the tools are in different places.  For example the sky replacement tool is found in the Perfect Landscape Guided Edit.

. . .  and if you are a new user of Elements 2024, it will default to the Quick tab which has limited tool options.  Make sure you are in the Advanced tab.

I am in the Advanced Tab.

I did find the Polygonal Lasso Tool.

Want a sunset picture.

What tools are you talking about?  Give us a link to the YouTube video.  And give us an example of what you mean by a twilight photo.  And do you mean sunrise or sunset?

Thank you for getting back to me.
Here is the Youtube link: https://youtu.be/PGU2n--9yJk?si=1Wmt3TfpMYa4i3Dw
The program he is using is asking for a Polgonal Lasso Tool, and then
Create Fill & Linear Dodge to name a few.
