How to install Photoshop Elements 2022 on a new PC

Hello everybody, 

in 2021 I bought a perpetual license of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022. Unfortunately I did a mistake not saving the setup package (downloaded from the Adobe website). Now I changed my PC with a new and more performat one and I would like to install on it Photoshop with my license.

Unfortunately seems that Adobe doesn't allow the download of this version anymore. 

I tryied to browse almost all the sections of the Adobe web site without success.

My license is not present in my orders and seems "disappeared". 

I just want to continue to use my "perpetual" license. Does anyone can help me?

Product list is empty. I solved repeating the redeem process from Amazon (where originally I bought the license), I got access to serial number and a link to dowload the product.

I add a suggestion to whose need to do the same: if you encounter error 183 follow this link and install all the indicated packages both x86 and x64 versions:
