How to make Thumbnails

Is there some way in Photoshop Elements to make Thumbnails out of personal photos on my computer. If so, could I batch process a number of pictures to make them into thumbnails?

Lastly, what is the best size and resolution of a thumbnail if I had to resize a picture.

Is thre a tutorial on this subject I could read. I am using Windows 10 and Elements 2012

Maybe what your looking for is a Contact Sheet?

You can make one in the photoshop elements organizer under File>Print.
