Using the Guided edit function of PSE2021 on Windows 10. In this example, I'm using the replace background option. Here is the problem I have. When I use the quick selection to outline my subject, I want to zoom in so I can see the edges clearly and define them better.
However, when the Selection tool (quick) is active and I zoom in, it just zooms to the center of the image.
If I switch to the HAND tool in order to move to the portion of the image I want, it moves, but then when I click ont he selection tool - quick again, once it is active the screen zooms out and centers iteself again.
I found if i use the keyboard shortcuts for "Scroll up or down 10 units, Scroll left or right 10 units", then I am able to position the portion of the image where I want, while the selection tool is active.
Is there an easier way to do this? I feel like I'm missing something obvious.
