mouse pointer changing shape in elements 8

hi can anyone help.

When i place the pointer over my work space

the pointer changes into 3 little odd shapes.

 

I have reinstalled program and still dose it.

Right click on your Desktop, click Display settings and either change the Scale and layout to 100% or use Advanced Scaling Settings to enter 149 or 151

    What version of windows are you using?

     

    That usually has to do with the windows system scaling setting as described here:
