I also had that Problem with Version 21 but I hoped, V23 would have a solution for that (I bought it on 17th of October!):
Editing a video I want to drop a crossover or so from one picture to the next. But always, when the curser went to the effects, the timeline is running and running and running. Taking the effect and holding it until I recive my location again costs a lot of time.
Are ther any prefferences I have to switch on pr of?
