Need tech support to turn off software on old computer and move to new computer.

You are allowed installation on 2 machines, but it is a good idea to deactivate on the old laptop if you are not going to use it. Go to the Help menu to deactivate.

But can't find my software disc. Need technical help to accomplish this. I have Ps Elements 9 and would like to continue with it. Thank you...
