Photoshop Elements blocca il sistema

Buongiorno a tutti, improvvisamente l'app uniforma pelle non funziona più e blocca il sistema costringendomi al riavvio forzato. Ho la versione 2021 per Windows, ho provato a reinstallare Photoshop Elements ma il problema rimane.

The update should take place automatically. Are you sure that you don't have the update? Help>Updates should be greyed out. Help>About Photoshop Elements should show the following build number in the About screen:

In Aiuto gli aggiornamenti sono disattivati e il numero di build nella schermata Informazioni è uguale a quello che mi hai indicato

Are you talking about the Editor or the Organizer or both? Are you using the Organizer? If so, if you have a large catalog, media analysis (for face recognition and Auto Creations etc.) can use a lot of system resources. Try going to the Organizer's Edit>Preferences>Media Analysis dialog and turn off all of the media analysis to see if it makes a difference:

Ti ringrazio per il supporto. Utilizzo solo l'editor, non dovrei avere problemi con l'hardware in quanto ho un processore Threadripper 1900x, 32 GB di ram e scheda nVidia Quadro 4000. In precedenza non avevo questo problema quindi non capisco.

Ho provato comunque a disattivare quello che mi hai detto dalle preferenze dell'organizer ma il problema rimane.

Inoltre dopo che ho reinstallato Photoshop Elements 2021 non mi permette più di fare l'aggiornamento alla versione 2021.3
