Uninstalling PSE 12 in MacOS Catalina

Hello,

i've bought PSE 2020 and installed it in Catalina, no problem.

But now i want to uninstall PSE 12 but neither the uninstaller nor the Adobe Application Manager is running on Catalina.

How can i manually uninstall PSE 12?
