shut down Photoshop and reset all settings

Hi
I have  Photoshop CC 2018 . Every time I will close program it is reseting the settings,  delete my all brushes etc. Occasionally Creative Cloud tells me to accept the license. Few times during last week Maybe you know what can cause it . !

Mak sure your User ID has Permission to write files into your Photoshop Preferences folder.  If you do not  what you load into Photoshop will not be save into your User ID Photoshop preferences.
