Automatically creating two-line subtitles from a transcribed sequence?

I'm wondering if it may be possible to set an automatically generated captions track to create two lines of subtitle text instead of just one.

Steps I'm following:

• I'm using early access to the speech-to-text feature

• Navigated to captions window and selected the Captions tab

• Clicked "Transcribe sequence" and edited the generated transcription

• Selected "Create new caption track" and selected "Subtitle" for format

• The generated subtitles are single lines of text (image attached)

Single lines of subtitles means that the text displays very briefly on screen, particularly when the captions are for people who speak quickly.

Two lines is typically more standard for subtitles, and I'd like the option to do this without having to manually combine two lines at a time and then re-edit the timings for each caption. 

In the Captions window or in Premiere settings, I can't find a way to potentially create two lines automatically.

Adobe -- If this option doesn't yet exist, I'd love it to be possible! Current and future development of the speech-to-text features will help me and my colleagues speed up our video captioning and transcribing process in the days to come.
