Bug on editing a caption in the program monitor

Steps to reproduce:
1. Transcribe sequence with the new Text panel
2. Click "Create captions" format subtitles
3. Double click on a caption in the program monitor and change the text

4. PLay back from just before the caption
 
Result: Program monitor freezes
Expected: Normal playback

    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v15.0.0.BUILD
    OS: Windows v10.0.19041, RAM: 15.85 GB, CPUs (logical): 8

With Build 15 today, this problem has gone away
